I love the name Victoria- actually want to name our first daughter that, but my husband thinks it sounds too snotty!  Anastasia and Faith are both very pretty too.

i think that all of them are all right except for Valeria, Love, and Elvira.  i'd go with Valerie, let Love be a surename, and what is Elvira?  and i would think about phoebe, kinda reminds me of Friends, so it would depend on the person.

Regina- Reminds me of 'Mean Girls'

Valeria- I like Valerie better

Victoria- Classic and beautiful

Elvira- Can't pronounce

Ann- Very plain

Love is silly as a name.
