I was reading an article on him (I can't find it now) and it said that he helped Edwards, Kahne and some other guys with their road course racing.

I think he's a good guy and a decent racer. He has a great personality and Nascar needs more of that. I guess you can call me a Said Head because I like him...

he is very popular in Canada and yes he has helped several Nascar Drivers with road racing techniques..he really wants to become a full time Nascar Driver and just maybe one day they will realize he can drive and yes, I like him and wish him luck.

I think he is a very good driver, good business man, and does well in marketing himself and the sport.  He has to decide if he wants to own a team and try to qualify as a "go or go homer" every week, or try to hook up with a good team.  He has helped a number of guys with their road racing, including Carl Edwards, Kasey Kahne and even Kyle Busch.  

I would like to see him get on with a big team, run part time in the Cup Series, and really get some experience running full time next year in the Nationwide Series.

Yeah, I heard about the article. He even said that Kasey's gotten better at road racing than himself.... but whatever.

Boris was one of the very first "Road Course Ringers."  He was one of the first drivers that would be hired for two races per year... Since then everyone has fallen in love with his personality, and grew to be a big fan of his.  Boris was at his prime, and was much better than anyone on the road courses, but did not have the best equipment...  Since Boris is such a nice guy he has taught his tricks to some of the Nascar regulars and did not keep any secrets to himself, and thus has been passed by most of the regulars, as well as the new "ringers" that are brought in to Nascar.  

What do I think of him as a driver?  Not as much as I once did...

Do I like him?  Yes, he has a great personality, and I think he should do more tv for ESPN, and Nascar.

Permanent ride in 09?  I really doubt it.

>> Permanent Ride in 09... I don't think so. His shop consists of about 7 guys. NO FEAR Energy only sponsors him in a few races. I would love to see him in a full time cup car. But I don't see that really happening at this time.

He's a good road racer, and has an interesting perspective on things.  I always look forward to seeing him as a panelist on NASCAR Now.  I doubt he'll get a permanent ride in '09, as I doubt any major team hires him, and "No Fear Racing" doesn't have enough money to field a car for every race.
