What do you think of our baby names? And what helped you be a good parent to your baby?

My husband and i are trying to conceive and we want these names once we get pregnant.

Boy~ Tristan Wesley Harris

Girl~ Lilyana Nicole Rose Harris

We also don't know much at all about having a baby what are some things we should know and what products worked best for you and your baby.

Also i want to have a natural birth. is it really as bad as people say?

  1. I think all of the names you have thought about are beautiful.  

    As far as not knowing much about having a baby, none of them come with instruction booklets.  It would be handy, but with each child being so different, it probably wouldn't do much good.  I talked to friends and family members to get help with different situations as my children grew up.  As your children grow, the best advice I can give is to "listen to them".  If you listen to them when they're young, they will continue to talk to you when they get older.  Communication is the key!

    Both of my children were born naturally - not even so much as a tylenol was given.  It wasn't a lot of fun, but the second they place that baby in your arms - all is forgotten.  All you feel is joy & love.  Good luck!

  3. I personally like Tristan. Lilyana Nicole Rose is just too long in my mind. I love the sound of Nicole Rose Harris. If that helps...I'm only 15 so I don't know anything about birth...but my mother says get an epidural or what ever that shot is.

  4. I love Lilyana. I also like Lilliana. I'd choose just one middle name for the girl though.

    Tristan is a nice name. I like Wesley. Wesley Tristan is also cute.

  6. Tristan and Lilyana are both gorgeous names!!!

    I don't know about the natural birth because I haven't even had my baby yet (I'm due in 5 days).  

  7. I love Tristan, but Wesley sounds a little preppy to me.

    Lilyana Rose Harris flows better without the Nicole in there. I also prefer the Liliana spelling.
