What do you think of our little boys name?

We are due in December with a little boy. We have been thinking about Owen Browning Irvin. Irvin being our last name.

My daughter worked with a little almost 3 yo boy the past 3 months, and his name was Owen.  He was the sweetest, smartest most beautiful child.  I'd send a pic, but it'd be stepping on someone's privacy toes.

Owen is nice.  Browning has a family background, or named after a hero?

I adore the middle name, so original... but I am absolutely in love with the name Owen... my best friend whom lives in England has a little 3 year old boy named Owen who is currently awaiting a kidney transplant. He was born with his kindeys on the outside of his body -- they gave my friend the option of terminating her pregnancy, and she declined and every time that I see this little boy smile and laugh I thank God that she kept him. :-) he's got more life in him than I've seen in anyone else his age. He's a Godsend and so I think the name Owen is blessed and wonderful.

While I like the name Owen, I don't know if Owen Irvin sounds right when the middle name is left out.  When the middle name is in, it's great---I'm just not sure when it is only the first and last names.

My sister is due with a boy in October, and ironically Browning is her surname....

I think the name is nice except I don't like how OwEN, and IrvIN both end the same, and have the same number of syllables. It doesn't flow well, but I've heard worse.

I am due in Dec too.! I love the name.. Very cute! & a little odd because were having a boy and naming him Bryce Owen =]
