What do you think of papaya soap ? ?

haye guys , Im using silka papaya soap.

(anyone else use it?)

So, Im just wondering, can it help clear pimples?

and what are the best brands : ive heard of likas, and this other one that kris aquino advertises :]

I'm not sure if papaya soaps can help clear pimples.  It can help whiten the skin though but it could take you years before you get the desired results with its continued use.  The best solution to get rid of pimples or, clear away pimple scars is a good dermatologist.  It is expensive but you get results in no time at all.  However, if you add up all the money you spend on over-the-counter remedies and the whitening soaps, it would come out much more expensive.  

My 2nd daughter has pimples since she was in her teens.  She tried so many over-the-counter products because she was lazy to go to a dermatologist.  It didn't help.  Now she's seeing a dermatologist and her pimples have dried up.  She uses a cream that would take away  scars.  It was worth the time, the money and those nightly rituals to get her face cleared of ugly pimples.

Uhm, no it doesn't clear up pimples.. =] it only whitens your face, but if you want your pimples to disappear, try using PanOxyl.. you can choose from 5% gel or 10% gel which is more effective =]

I like papaya soap just fine but the best thing for pimples is to wash your face AND HANDS frequently.  Drink plenty of water and use less salt in your diet.

Most of them are quite good, I used to use one that was made by some ladies at the church my mom goes to. They definitely kept me pimple free!  Just be careful in using some of these papaya soaps because some of them can be real strong and cause damage to your skin. I think Likas is a good choice, Silka too though it doesn't seem to be as effective as Likas.

I have a clear skin since I use "KOJIC SOAP".. it removes blemishes and pimples specially it lighten skins.. you can buy it to Hortaleza shops..It is uneasy to find and if you will ask them there they will they you that it is the best selling there! i hope this helps ;)

When my brother was in his teen years, he got this small pimples all over his face. He use papaya soap called Yeurs papaya. It's kinda cheap, only 15 pesos a bar that time but it clears his pimples and never got any pimples since then.
