What do you think of paris hiltons response to her being used in a political ad?

do you think she responded the right way? should she have just let it slide? and also what do you think of "her" idea for combining obama and mccains energy conservation ideas (actually the writers thought of the idea)

I think she is an idiot.. and this just gave her another excuse to put on her stringy  bikini and splay her  scrawny bod all over the television.. Come on.. does anyone really think she even understood what the words meant that she said.... If you look up loser in the dictionary.. I am sure there will be a picture of Paris Hilton... or look up ditzy, foolish, dumb.. and any other   words.. she will be there.

Nothing she does impresses me.  Nothing!

I actually enjoyed it. I don't particularly like her, but I thought the video was spot on. Her parents donated the max amount to his campaign and then he publically trashed their daughter. I'm glad she stood up for herself.

I think its an exercise in free speech on both sides. McCain should be allowed to diminish his credibility by lumping Obama in with "celebs." And a fitting response was created, it does not matter who's idea the energy policy was. Do you think McCain comes up with all his plans himself? Of course not. The fact that a perceived "dumb blond" (with a lot of money) was able to effectively counter an indirect attack on herself is a positive event. It will cause both candidates to consider their words much more carefully and hopefully will cause them to actually address more important issues...and sorry McCain, Obama's popularity is not one of those issues.
