Personally I think it's very rude when people get done eating at a fast food restaurant and leave all their stuff at the table for an employee to come and pick up.

It shows a lack of respect for the employees and other people eating there.

Really, how hard is it to just put the wrappers and trash on your tray, dump the stuff in the trash and put the tray on top of the trash can?

No, I don't work in fast food. I did but that was about 15 years ago, when it bothered me even more.

  1. I think it's pretty disgusting.  The least you can do is clean up your own mess.

  2. I think they should get slapped, and banned from eating there for life. Its sad people don't pickup for themselves, their parents should have teacher them when they are younger.

  3. Wow what state are you in?  What city?  Here in my area of the country people just don't do that, most people were brought up right here and there is just that shame factor involved with doing something like that.

  4. I don't eat in fast food joints.

They charge just as much as a regular restaurant does and they don't even bother wiping the tables off if you want to sit down to eat.

  5. Yes, it bothers me because since they see employees taking out the trash from the trash bin or cleaning tables, they think that they also clean up after people.

  6. turbs they should go to jail for about 3hrs

and and email me you look like a person i can talk to

  7. i think they suck  and i hate having to wipe  down my own table when i go to eat out

  8. They never clean the tables and chairs and the floors are disgusting. Is it any shock that the food is really bad for you and most of the people that eat have high cholesterol, heart trouble, obesity, add. etc.

  9. I dont think that looks good...and it also says alot about that person..that they are probably dirty like that every where they go..

  10. I think the same way it just shows how lazy you are and how rude I bet less people eat at fast food restaurants because of those kind of people if you do clean up after yourself it shows that you value and care about a clean environment and want to keep yours that way.

  11. unfortunately, this world is full of lazy people and its only gettin worse. as i grew up, going out to eat in the first place was a real treat. now people are too lazy to cook n when they are done eating, they are too lazy to clean up. a lot of things bother me about restaurant customers...like their attitude. yes the employees need to treat you with respect and give you what you paid for in a timely fashion, but thats all they need to do. u pay for your food, not for your right to be rude and demanding. i agree with you 100%. customer ethics have diminished..

  12. I think that is why the business pays the employees, to pick up and clean up after the paying customers.

  13. I think it is very rude as well.

In my opinion, the only way you are going to understand it is if you yourself worked in the fast food/restaurant business. I did years ago as a waitress. It is not an easy job.

Whenever I go out to eat, I always clean up after myself, throw away all trash (even if other people left it at the table), and bring up my tray.

If I have a waitress/waiter serving me then I try everything to make their job as easy as possible. Including placing all silverware and used napkins on my plate when I am finished (who wants to touch someone else's dirty napkin they left on the table?), gathering up everything in neat piles and placing them towards the end of the table (so, the waitress/waiter doesn't have to lean over everyone to get to the dirty dishes), and I always act polite even if I am not so impressed with the food (why would you rudely complain to someone handling YOUR food?), etc.

It takes 2 minutes to treat someone with kindness and be polite. And I know waiters/waitresses appreciate it. I often get compliments on what a lovely couple my husband and I were to serve!

  14. I agree with you...it's extremely rude of people to do that.

  15. I think it's inconsiderate.   There will always be people who don't clear away the table because they think the rules don't apply to them.    I rarely eat in the dining area of Fast Food places.  I prefer to bring my meal home, take off my shoes, and sit in my favorite La-Z-Boy chair with a cold Diet Pepsi.

  16. i think that's gross because they /people who eat their next don't know whats been their

  17. I also think that it is very rude. There are trashcans in fast food restaurants for a reason. And they usually even say Thank You on them! Yes the employees are paid to serve, they are not paid to pick up your trash because you are too lazy too do it yourself when you are clearly expected to. Fast food already makes you fat, I hate to think that people are eating the fast food AND are too lazy to pick up after themselves. Also, it's not like the employees are making high dollar, go somewhere classy if you want to be waited on hand and foot. Employees are working their asses off trying to get your food to you "fast," don't burden them with something you are perfectly capable of doing yourself.

I have never worked in fast food, or any other kind of food services.

  18. I dont think they have any respect and I think its really rude, I agree on ur opinions. =D

  19. I think that Olive Garden, Red Lobster, and Old Country Buffet are absolute troughs. Look at the disgusting people who frequent these places - obese, ruddy-faced slugs. No wonder they leave vomit and fecal matter all over their tables. These sub-humans are porcine savages!

  20. i would hate to see what there homes look like !!
