What do you think of rugby interenally and what team is the best ?

I think the French are the best so far. they have managed to score 10 points against the all blacks using their second team !

Out of 45 points for the blacks. England (world champion) were not capable to win against a poor south african team (beaten by france lately)

France has got to be the best...

New Zealand are in good form currently and are strong contenders for WC 07. However the team from South Africa have ended last year very well and started this year even better with the Super 14 and the tests against England. Yes England are not at their best currently, but still. I think the Springboks and NZ are the teams to beat this year. The passion and character of the Springboks are also very strong. In 2 and 3 weeks time SA meet Australia and then NZ. Then we will start seeing how they shape up.

Tha All Blacks are the best for sure because out of the larger nations that play rugby, they have the most passion. Wales and the pacific islands also have heaps of passion only they dont have as many players to choose from as the All Blacks.

Its lekker, a real physical game, but recent rules are making it soft, but I guess they have to if people are dying and becoming paralised- more than 3 people died over the last 3 years in my country(SOUTH AFRICA) on school boy level and a dozen were paralised for life

In the Premiership their are too many people playing with power and egos.

The structure below that is fine, until it comes to County selections and then againpolitics comes into it, even at the youngest age groups!

Rugby still is the greatest team sport on earth with Leicester Tigers being the best Club, Natal Sharks being the best provincial side and South Africa being the best national side! Well ok maybe New Zealand, but that will be decided between them in the World Cup Final this year!

Rugby is a fantastic game. The All Blacks are rated the best team in the world but if you know little more about this marvelous game you will realize that the Springbok team is the best team at the moment. They have been building this current team for some time now and will be very difficult to stop in the tri - nations and world cup later this year. Their pack is going to dominate and with their exciting backs I only see trouble for the rest of the world. Their bench is full off huge names and also there are fantastic players that did not even make the squad. The only problem for South Africa is, I said it before and I am saying it again, is the interference by their politicians (that doesn't have a clue about rugby), to pick black players, even if there are better white players. PICK THE SIDE ON MERRITT and the world cup will go to South Africa. I hope some of their politicians read this and REALIZE it. PLEASE. World cup semis will be South Africa, Australia, New Zealand and France. Sorry but I doint see Ireland there and neither England. Argentina is playing great rugby and I hope they do well in the world cup.
