Will there be an audience who are readily willing to sell? Do you have any suppliers to recommend?

I can see that you are already selling you products on-line. Way to go :-) It is safer and better. Maybe you can try and expand into other on-line selling sites like 88db. They have quite a big volume of traffic there. shld help with you biz.

I would advise that you look very carefully at where people are going to purchase their party supplies now, or if they are getting their parties catered, like at Mac Donald's. See if their is a gap in the market or if the demand is greater than the supply. Only then should you consider what to do next.

It would be a shame if you invested hard-earned money into a business that was destined to fail.
