What do you think of sunshine hotel alanya ?

I'm going here next week and have read some of the reviews but i was wondering has anyone actually been and if so could you tell me your honest opinion of the place, like is it really in the middle of nowear, are there any shops around how close is the beach and is it clean what are the staff like ...etc....
