It's awesome.  It's difficult to control one's body in mid air like that, and plus you have to sync it with your partner.

Synchronized swimming  is  not only swimming, gymnastics, and dance it requires incredible strength, endurance, flexibility, grace, artistry and precise timing, not to mention exceptional breath control while upside down underwater. If you consider Synchronized swimming a joke, You get in the water and try it.
