What do you think of temp agencies in Ontario?

Temp agencies such as Kelly Services, Today's Staffing, Nexus, Bridge etc. Do you think the wages are low? Do you actually get called to work? And have you had any bad experiences?

I have worked for Manpower and Kelly Girls and have had no problems. They pay more per hour than most companies because the don't pay benefits like vacation or sick pay. And yes I have been called for jobs here in the USA, but I don' know how it works in Canada.
