It's very horrible, very sad, very shocking.

Very isolated.  An extreme act of violence like this one grab headlines as somthing like this only happens once or twice in a lifetime under these circumstances.

Here in NY, sometimes this thing happened.

Few days ago, girl was stabbed waiting for Q85 bus in Queens, another one bus driver got assaulted, or bus getting into accident.

Too bad someone on that bus didn't have a firearm on them. Might not have saved the guy's life, but he could have at least been given an open-casket funeral. And save taxpayers the money that will be spent on this sicko's trial and treatment.
