What do you think of the Fema camps?

the way people were forced into them during Katrina-

the way these camps have toxic chemicals to breathe-

the way some were killed while in those camps-

the way these camps are in each state supposedly with guards 24/7, gas chambers, barbed wire-

is Fema to help the people? or to harm the people?

I think the people living in these "camps" should be thankful for what they got.  After all, they're doing NOTHING to help themselves get out of the already bad situation they got themselves into by NOT LEAVING when they were told to.

FEMA does have it's issues and handled the Katrina disaster a bit backwards, but why is it ONLY the people from New Orleans that can't seem to get it together?!?

So, I guess since you've put it all back on FEMA's shoulders ... you're right.  FEMA should pull every single trailer out of there (since they're so horrible and not meant for long term living anyhow) and high tail it back to Washington DC.  Then what would those people do?

On your additional note - forced with guns, possessions taken, WHAT?!  I think you're misinformed.  They DEMANDED to have INDIVIDUAL shelters IMMEDIATELY and this was the only form of that the Gov't could provide.  Don't blame the Gov't for what was demanded of them.  Besides, do you think it would be better if they were still living in the stadium, or in the school gym, or how about your garage?

I have seen videos of the Supposed Fema camps on Youtube.

But nothing from a reliable source, do you have a link that you would care to share with us............

And lastly how were people "forced into the camps during Katrina"
