  1. just happy to see this over.over all prob the best place to be for favre outside of retirement.

  2. Kind of tired to be hearing about it, so im glad its over.  I think it is a good pick up for them becuase they do not have a steady quarterback. I feel chad pennington is garbage and clemons can learn under favre for however long he is there so very good pick up. Brett and Brady playing in the same division should be interesting, also he is a country boy playing in new york so we'll see how he does (although jets polay in new jersey pretty much)

  3. I think it wil be a sad ending for HOF QB to finish his career on a crummy football team. One thing for sure. He wil be able to pad his interception record. What a way to complete his legacy playing for an ungrateful snitch coach Benedict Arnold.

  4. Couldn't care less.

  5. I'm a lifelong Packer fan and now I will be a Jet fan too.

  6. I think the wrong NY team got him. He should have come to the Bills!  That stinx

  7. It helps the Jets. But they are still in the AFC East, and that's a real meat grinder. They're not going to the Super Bowl.

  8. I'm a Buffalo Bills fan, so I'm not happy about it.  One of the best QBs in the game signing with the "enemy" does not bode well for my Bills.

  9. excellent. excellent. thay added so much this offseason and lost 1 good player in jonathon vilma. look at their scedule. tell me the jets can't go 15-1. look at it everyone and understand that this is a weak scedule. ooohh the patriots. that will be the jets only lost in week 2. week 11 when the jets are home against the pats, favre WILL light them up like he should have last season.

afc, not that tough, seriously! they have they have TWO teams that stand out above the rest! the rest are average. look at the NFC: COWBOYS, EAGLES, REDSKINS, GIANTS, PACKERS, VIKINGS, SEATTLE, SAINTS, BUCCANEERS.

afc: COLTS, PATRIOTS, SAN DIEGO, JACKSONVILLE, TENNESSEE, STEELERS!

another thing to EVERYONE: don't throw out numbers like 10-6. look at the schedule before you say stuff. rodgers has been doing horrible in training camp so far. after looking at the schedule of the packers 4-12. after looking at the jets 15-1. i'm seriously answering this because favre makes you that much better! favre will finally have a great line, about the same running game and passing game, even better than in green bay.

it's gonna fall apart in green bay. rodgers will get hurt, play on his injury, and will make it worse. ryan grant will get hurt( holdout curse in green bay, don't believe me Sterling sharpe career ending injury and javon walker injury after injury after his holdout. there was also a running back that got injured in the 90's but i can't think of his name)..... i wanna say dorsey levens or edgar bennent

  10. Well, I am really wondering (more so than before) what Brett Favre is thinking! His main goal was to be on a team that had a chance to win. I think you would be crazy to think that the Jets have a chance to win even with Brett. New York plays New England twice, and in a much tougher conference than the NFC (AFC). As for the Jets, it was a good move, they have nothing to lose. Sure, there will be a media circus surrounding the Jets now, but they had to make this move. I forsee them going 7-9 and missing the playoffs. As for the Packers and Aaron Rodgers, 10-6 and make the playoffs. The Packers have a better supporting cast around the QB and Rodgers is underrated anyway. Finally he has his time to shine!
