See the article on USA Today. Wonder how the Philly fans will react to it? Maybe I can finally see the Cowboys play in Philly without fear of losing life and limb!

I haven't seen the article but I think it's a good idea.

I'm a drinker and like to get rowdy at games, but I've seen too many drunk jerks being out of control and yelling curses, and threatening to fight fathers in front of their kids. It's so stupid.

I too have not seen it but thank goodness anything that improve the welfare of other fans has to be a positive thing. And they must enforce these rules in order for it to work. It is absolutely crazy to spend good money to see your team away from home, and be harassed and be in fear. I hope they are going to do something about the filthy language   that children have to hear.
