  1. Thrilled.  Obama or Biden were my choices during the primary.  I figure we are double lucky.

  2. I think the VP is not important imho.

  3. I am loving Biden as the choice.

  4. I can't stand it.  I've been a huge Obama supporter up until now, I don't think I can vote for him now since he picked Biden.  I'm white, 40, a woman, and middle class, and I think Obama just lost my vote.

I'm sad, and angry at the same time, I really had expected more from Obama than his pandoring to the Democratic whiners.

  5. paul shanklin,have at it!!

  6. I AM THRILLED! Frankly, I have not been excited about this campaign since Hillary dropped out.

But Biden is well-liked, has a reputation and a knack for working with BOTH parties to actually GET SOMETHING ACCOMPLISHED, and is known as a straight-up kind of guy. He is precisely the person we need on the ticket!

We are going to kick Republican butt in November!

  7. I think Obummer's choice is excellent. It will make it so much easier to defeat him in November.By picking Biden he very likely ensured his defeat,I couldn't be happier actually. But don't think that means I won't take every opportunity to mock Biden,he's just really easy to mock. The guy is a Train Wreck looking for a place to happen,Love it!!

  8. It makes the Democratic ticket much stronger - I'm very pleased!

  9. I really like Joe Biden.

I think Obama made the perfect choice.

Now, let's get Caroline Kennedy in the UN, and Hillary as Secretary of State.

  10. I’m an independent & have to vote for McCain. How can the Democrats give us a person named Barack Hussein Obama? Then to top it off, Barack Hussein Obama selects someone who’s been in the US Senate since 1972. That’s 36 years ago. Anyone ever hear of term limits? Biden will be 66 in November. Just 6 years younger than McCain. Oh wait, almost forgot, Biden voted for the Iraq War; dropped out of two presidential bids in disgrace as he got caught plagiarizing speeches; and is on record as saying Obama isn’t ready to be the Prez. In summary, either Obama is a Republican plant or incredibly inept. Either way, Obama is not ready to lead.  I’m voting for McCain and hoping others do the same.

  11. Absolutely just what Rush Limbaugh prayed for.

And the best part is on Nov 5th we can say

    Obama Bye Then.

Btw, the VP choice is usually not a big deal, but Obama is such a weak candidate he needs all the help he can get.
