What do you think of the Vermette deal

I like it very much - I know Vermette is no Jeff Finger, but once again, a VERY responsible signing by Bryan Murray...

Great job by murray. He didn't overpay vermette and he didn't give him only a 1yr deal or a long term deal. Hopefully Mesaroz's situation will be solved soon but i think there's an offer from a russian team to him

thats a good deal for the sens... i wish the canucks sent an offer sheet to him, i would think he's worth at least three million a year

Its a good deal, not to expensive and the length should be okay, a longer term would have kept him a Sen longer but if he does not continue to develop you are not stuck with a big contract.  At that price you have options.
