What do you think of the baby girls' name "ailia"?

it's very uncommon, but it is a real name and i think it's rather pretty.

the name is "ailia"... ay-leah... it could be shortened to ailie for a nickname. what do you think?

it's of celtic origin and it means light.

I think if you name a baby that she will get teased a lot in school kids are mean and would probably call her alien or something, and if she has a big head they'll have a field day with that name.

Its hard to pronounce and read with all those i and l.  Also Ailie as a nickname just makes you sound like you are ill.

What about Aileen, Ellen or Eleanor?

I think it sounds nice, but I would spell it like Ayleah not Ailia because that spelling made it complicated for me to figure out at first.
