honestly, i think the british accent sounds really snooty in a nose in the air kind of way. Especially when they talk fast. also everythign kind of sounds like a question or their confused

My Love is British.  But like the second person said...Which one.  there are many.  I love it and could listen to him talk all day!!! ♥

You probably mean the stereotypical accent you hear in movies and tv shows.It really depends what part you are from, there are so many different ones! I am from London and I think most of us sound ok but go out of london and the accents are completely different and there are some I can't stand like Birmingham.

It is like an American accent, it varies from region to region. but I like it

I used to think that all British accents were exotic, but now they're nothing exciting to me.

I think some sound really refined and well educated

Some sound like the speaker has too higher opinion of themselves

Some sound sort of seductive, like the speaker is always flirting (they probably are)

Some are terrible such as the speaker raising every sentence to a question

OR killing grammar and pronunciation

Some are nigh impossible to understand like welsh or Norther Scottish

Some are funny like Northern Irish

But all are an interesting flavour in an otherwise boring language...

also, im assumin your american here, especially you... "stevo" theres hundreds of british accents, and they're scottish english welsh and northern irish. also, the english accent is not "Oh I say, spot of tea and a crumpet what?.... yees sounds delightful, cheers," theres hundreds just in england. (if your british sorry for this rant!) and thats just one of them, which really is only ever used when we take the mick out of the famous five!  go up north where I am and its all "y'all right cocker?" and they eat black pudding and drink dandelion and burdoch :p so in answer, british accentS are great!

but the one im guessing your thinking of doesnt actually exist anywhere except pride and prejiduce. oh.. and maybe cambridge.
