  1. I think she killed the little girl :-(

The police were probably waiting for her bond to be pulled and when that didn't happen they went in so they can have her in custody.

Her parents are either in serious denial or they are as messed up as she is.

I wonder why she is not being charged with murder? Do they need to locate the body in Florida?

  2. To properly understand what this case is all about, you would serve yourself best by reading the 431 pages of information released to the Orlando Sentinal via the FOIA request. Having done that twice now, I have formulated what I believe to be a logical hypothesis of Caylee's death and the most likely defense Jose Baez will use.

    1) The "economic" charges that Casey was booked on last night do indeed relate to this case. The arrest afidavit notes that Casey was seen on video tape using Amy Hunizieg's checks at a Winn-Dixie and Target. This happened after Casey claims her daughter was kidnapped. Records will show what Casey purchased, which can certainly be damning to her case if she purchased clothes, jewelry, or other non-essentials while she was allegedly "searching for Caylee. Casey also wrote at least one check for cash.

    2) An Orlando news agency posted, and then soon after remitted an article regarding a leak in Casey's defense strategy. According to whichever news source this is from, Jose Baez plans to point the finger at Casey Anthony's former boyfriend, and one time alleged father of Caylee, Jesse Grund. Apparently word got back to Mr. Grund, because he and his father have hired an attorney and volunteered DNA. Jesse's father made a statement that it would have been an impossibility for Jesse to have had any involvement, which may lead to Jose Baez having to change his defense. Regardless, it appears that Casey is planning on pointing the finger at someone else.

    3. A body is NOT required to prosecute for any crime in the state of Florida. 14 homicides were prosecuted in the state in 2007 without a body, all 14 of which resulted in a conviction. This information can be obtained from the State Attorney's website. However, there is a growing liklihood that Caylee's remains will be found. I base this on the fact that the authorities pressure tactics involving the "economic crimes" arrest was timed perfectly to coincide with the deadline for Casey to accept partial immunity. Even if she does not, Equuisearch is being joined by a few hundred volunteers and local authorities to find Caylee. One way or the other, I believe Caylee will be found.

    4. The evidence found in the trunk of Casey's car has now proven, soon to be officially, that Caylee is deceased. Jose Baez claimed in a news conference on Friday night that DNA can not determine if a body was alive or dead. This is entirely false, and I suspect that Mr. Baez knows this. DNA can indeed determine whether or not a person was alive or dead. In fact, a quick web search has shown that DNA technology has proven the status of a person in literally thousands of cases.

    5. I may have missed it, but I can't seem to find any interview, document, news report, or any source that has inquired as to why Casey needed a nanny when she has been unemployed since November of 2005. Certainly she could have afforded a nanny using the multitude of money she stole from her friends, parents, and grandmother, but nobody has questioned why she had a nanny. Again, I may have just missed it, if so I would appreciate being directed towards a source for this.

    6. "Believe me when I tell you that there are very compelling reasons for many of Casey's actions". This is what Jose Baez said to reporters last night. I can think of no reason not to share this compelling information. Doesn't the Anthony family want help trying to find Caylee?Don't the Anthony's want to exaust every possible resource to find there grandaughter? Clearly the entire family is more concerned about Casey's defense than finding Caylee. I suspect this is because they know Caylee is dead. At the beginning of this case there wasn't a cameral Cindy Anthony didn't like, but now she avoids any questions that do not have an attorney formulated response.

    7. And finally, what did happen to Caylee? I have heard just about every theory there is in this case, but will we ever really know for sure? We will have proof that Caylee is dead, but I wonder if we will ever know how she died. My theory, for what it's worth, is that Caylee drowned in the swimming pool while Casey was preoccupied. Casey then buried Caylee in the backyard, but later moved her. I think Casey buried Caylee in a garbage bag and later threw that bag in a dumpster.

  3. Heart breaking case! I hope they find the body soon so she can be put to rest.

  4. I have to agree that I think there is more to the arrest than what we know.  But what is eating at me is that the lawyer and gma on the press conference let on that they have information they have not released.....WTF???

If this was my child i would tell everyone what i knew i would go to every press outlet i could!!!

If they find this child alive I would hope this family is NEVER allowed to see Calee again!!  And If they find this child murdered the state should excercise the death penalty!!  And then prosecute the grandma, uncle and friends who knew that this child was at risk for endangering a child!!!

  5. thers more to the story than what we all know she may or may not be alive (i dont think she is :( my gut feeling is shes buried in a shallow grave near the clothes they found in the woods)

  6. No, you're not. Casey is GUILTY. Poor Caylee.
