I think they are spendy and rude.
Why do you think they are closing so many stores? I know they won't carry some movies because of some policy, and I think it hurts them in the end.
I use netflix, and I won't go back to blockbuster, ever.
What do you think they are doing wrong? Charging too much for a new release (I hear it's around $4.29 for 2 days now), charging late fees (I know, you can "keep" it for 7 days and pay a "restocking" fee), too many weird fees, not taking care of their people, a not so good/lame movies by mail concept, (very poor compared to netflix)
What do you think will be the end for the company?
