It was in the newspaper last week. I mean, you earn so much as a doctor, and now becoming a technician? Is he crazy or what?

  1. who?

  2. Maybe being a doctor was starting to drive him crazy so he had to get away from it.  Maybe he felt his true calling in life was as a technician.  It's definitely an interesting scenario that raises some eyebrows, but I can totally understand (or at least imagine) his motivations for making that move.  He's probably the best technician ever!  haha...

  3. maybe he wasn't happy being a doctor.  I know it's an old cliche, but money doesn't buy happiness.  being a dr. takes up a ton of time and energy, so it's possible he couldn't enjoy the money he was earning as a dr. anyway.  maybe with his new profession he can spend more time enjoying life and the people in his life, rather than not having much of a personal life but tons of money.

  4. You forget that those are union jobs.  Which comes with really good wages, time off, benefits, etc.  Kind of gives you an insight as to why the general public can't afford their services as we should be able to.  Just my opinion.
