  1. sounds a little far fetched, but I also cant think of a way to rule this possiblitly out.

I think this runs along the lines of "The Matrix".

  2. The brain is a hologram interrupting a holographic universe. A portion contains the whole, if I cut out a good portion your brain you would still be able to see and remember a small portion of the brain contains information of the whole. If a piece of holographic film containing the image of an apple is cut in half and then illuminated by a laser, each half will still be found to contain the entire image of the apple Even if the halves are divided again and then again, an entire apple can still be reconstructed from each small portion of the film (although the images will get hazier as the portions get smaller). Apperance is illusion, all good Physicist know this.

  3. that is a realy interesting paradox. this is exactly like the movie matrix."what is real, how do u define real, if real is what u can see, taste or smell then real is simply electical signals interpreted by your brain".your questions derives us to ask other questions, are we living in a real world, or how can we be sure that we exist?

  4. Receivers of thought from above, or outside this physical realm? Amen to that! I've studied music for years hoping to 'tap in' to the  'gift', and all I've found is I'm part of the audience, not the play! The great composers and authors had and are being given their manuscripts from 'on high'. No one writes their own stuff! It's a gift! We are but children on this planet-- God rules!

  5. Interesting but can I just give a simple no.

  6. Because we as humans have been together ever since creation, we think alike in so many ways.  Even surpassing location our human brains are made so much alike.  We could call it psychic phenomena.  Everyone has neurons, cells, and parents who hopefully cared enough to train us to live together.  If something is our brain disconnected us from all other people...we would not be human any more.

Try this with the next stranger you see.  Offer your hand in a greeting.  In just fractions of seconds you can tell if they are friend or foe.  Your thought or theirs?  Although you have the freedom to chose this, so do they.  Both people run their own patterns in the brain...with similar outcomes.

  7. I think that its bull s**+*t.  Because sensory neurons from receptors synapse on the cereberal cortex of your brain where processing of complex intellectual functions and thoughts takes place.  The statement that brain is just a receiver or amplifier of thoughts is nonsense.

  8. I think it's an interesting idea.  Unfortunately there is no evidence in support of it and reams of evidence in opposition to it.

  9. I think this happens a lot with music and lyrics and poetry...even solving problems....when we THINK about them. My husband was into AC troubleshooting and sometimes would wake up  with the solution to the problem. I don't say that our every thought is from another dimension...but maybe a lot of our new thoughts are. I know that I get really dry trying to think of questions to ask on YA..then all of a sudden one will come into my head. They might be "silly" questions...but they just seem to  pop in.

  10. I'd say that is a very profound understanding of how the mind and brain work. The brain communicates with the universal mind, it takes very little of the brain to actually do that function. In fact most humans use very little of their brain at all.

This is also one of the prime concepts known to all Remote Viewers.

You are to be congratulated for formulating the question most people unfortunately cannot get past the pure mechanics of their brain due to upbringing or genetics.

Below I have given a link, one of many you can find that shows it takes very little of the the properly functioning brain to succeed in life. The man in the article has an IQ of 75 which is sufficient because it is the same IQ as the average African-American.

  11. Where would the thought be coming from then? What is responsible for everybody being different? No, there is no reason to propose this. Neurologists have learned much about the brain and how it functions, including how thoughts are formed and processed.

  12. maybe the thoughts are formulated in the heart!
