It's about Chinese and their 'national interests' for replacing Yang Peiyi because APPARENTLY she's not 'cute', they had her replaced to Lin MiaoKe who mimick thru'out the Anthem and gained to be well-known...

What is your point of view regarding this matter?

  1. With all these questions and media coverage...i think Yang Peiyi is getting famed as well. So who cares?

  2. Who cares? Lip syncing is done in show business all the time. I could care less of Miley, Britney or the that little girl does it.

  3. Lol it's not the national anthem.

And I don't see any problem with that. Both girls are talented, both of them contributed to the event in different ways and both of them get credit for it.

  4. For your info, that wasn't the national anthem. You've just made a fool of yourself.

Answer your question if you're: male/female, would you wanna see a fat and ugly girl/guy sings a national anthem?

  5. Actually it is disgusting. To not allow a child to perform on basis of looks is literally unacceptable. This only puts a wrong impression on young minds.

  6. She was singing "Ode To The Motherland" not the Chinese national anthem.

  7. what china did is understandable, though not commendable.... she just wanted to show "her best foot forward" ( a human instinct)... however, it should have been better had china let the real singer on stage. in that way, no fuss, no gimmick, only so natural, so true.... ( and who doesn't want the truth? everybody does...)

  8. It's disgraceful

Really shows there countries true colours.

And you know what else disgusts me, a girl swimming for Australia came third place and guess who gets 1st and 2nd? Two chinese women. Since when have Chinese ever been good in the pool.

Worse thing is, the fact that our Aussie woman got blood tested and the Chinese didn't. It's a load of Bull shiit.

    Seriously!

  9. It really is a reflection of the Chinese government, trying to put the best foot forward and make themselves look as happy/cute/progressive as possible (Just as all the female attendants at the games had to meet certain height/weight requirements) and when something like that comes out it just makes China look desperate as if they are trying to cover up the depression that communistic rule has caused over the years.  If it were America, they only would have let cute little girls try out and accepted their lack of talent, or vice versa, but most likely the former and not the latter.

  10. couldnt care less

  11. Yes. Yang Peiyi must be very sad =(

  12. You call this a SCANDAL??? It was a SHOW and WHO CARES HOW THEY SHOWED IT? Fake singing? HELLO POP STARS. The director of the ceremony was the first person to tell the truth so people will take notice of the real singer, she is happy, her parents are pround of her, and now both girls are overnight celebrity in China, why should anyone feels sorry for her?
