  1. I'm sorry but don't. I wouldn't.

  2. Pronouned like: 'A-zee-za'?

If so, the two z's don't sound quite right. Other than that, it's quite pretty.

Maybe something like Azila, or something?

  3. okish. sounds like u wanted a boy aziz but got a girl so added an a to it. i would suggest some neutral name. always loved russian names because they have no regional or religious connotations.

  4. What does it mean?

    Why do you like it?

Have a look at some of these

    Like bellydancing?

    It's your choice.

  5. i dont like it. everyone would pronounced it az-eye-zah.

  6. It is a nice name, because it is unique, and uniqueness is good. However, being unique for the sake of being unique is not good in itself.

To analyze the name, Aziza is too sharp; the two Z's in conjunction with each other have a badly repeated sound. by swapping the first Z for a softer N, making it Aniza, would make a nice name for a girl.

Alternatively, if you are looking for other simialr names, Asuna, Anita, Anisa, Arnisa, Alisa, Alicia, and Onita are other nice names for a girl.

When it comes down to naming a girl, the most important thing is whether you will be happy in saying, reading and hearing that name constantly for the next 18 years of your life. :D

  7. Meh.

    It's.average.

  8. I'm not sure what's up with all the racist answers here.

Aziza is a lovely name. I know a little girl named Aziza and she is so precious (just like the meaning of her name).

Another nice thing is that it is logical to spell. So even if it is not very common in English speaking areas, it shouldn't cause too many problems for teachers, etc.

    Best wishes!

  9. I don't like it sorry x

  10. I think it's disgusting how arrogant and ignorant some of the answers have been regarding the origin of the name Aziza. Yes, the name is of Arabic and Hebrew origin but why should that have any bearing or significance to those answering? There are a number of names of Arabic origin which are gaining popularity in the U.S. such as Amina.

To answer the question,  I like the meaning of the name Aziza;"beloved, precious, mighty". Personally I don't like  the phonetics of the name and I also prefer more feminine sounding names.
