  1. Once again, i'm going to say this. People get so sick of this.

    Get a life.

You dont have a "culture." Just ask normal questions. Its so not funny. It got old a while ago.

  2. Beautiful. Fatalie Braunshitta...gorgeous.

  3. Poor choice.  The first thing I saw in the name was "fatal" which means death or doomed in the English language.  I don't think you'd want your child to be doomed.

  4. Fatalie? no, sorry but people will make fun of her calling her Fat as a nickname.

If you want something unique, try Majelle, its my name :). And french.

  5. I think that a poor little girl named anything beginning with the word "fat" is going to be severely teased lol!

  6. Daddy, is that you?? Its me, Fatalie Braunshitta.......where have you been Daddy? I been waiting right here like you said when you went for cigarettes 13 years ago.The twins are all growed up Daddy and they ask for you every day.Tamponetta has 2 babies of her own and one on the way. Kotexettus always hangs out with other girls and don't want no babies Daddy. She says your a bum. I telled her you was a good daddy. The line at the store was just really long. right daddy?

Wait, why you asking about giving a baby my name?? You don't love me no more?? My mamma was right, you are a no good daddy.

I missed you Daddy but I don't love you no more.

  7. Yeah, I think the child would be teased. Please don't name her that. Whenever I hear it I'll think of a fat person.. FATalie. Sorry, it just isn't working for me.

  8. Its nice that you are choosing a name with a lot of significance in your culture... but the way it sounds I dont know.. its almost like fatal... I know it dosent mean that.. but thats the first thing people will think of

  9. I'm so sick of people thinking up unusual and unique names for their kids. It's almost getting to the point where the traditional names are unusual!

My mom's a preschool teacher and she actually had a kid in her class named Linkin. Ridiculous!

The meaning of the name is nice, but like others have said it would likely be h**l on the playground.

  10. I LOVE IT!!! Cornpu will be thrilled to have a sibling with this beautiful name. However, I think it's classier spelled Fataleigh.

Fataleigh Braunshitta is just beautiful! Lil' Fatty for short..what's not to love?!

  11. Definitely do NOT name her that. Kids will call her 'fat'... and don't get involved with a name with a cuss word in it... (Braunshitta) because she will be the target for bullying.

  12. I like Natalie much better dont like Fatalie she might get teased.  If u have to choose Fatalie the middle name should be Marie

  13. If you live in the states or English speaking world, do your baby girl a favor and do not give her this name. First of all...if this rhymes with "Natalie" you have already destined the baby for teasing..."FAT" "Fattie" "Fat Fatalie" - you better make sure she's a skinny looker.

If it is pronounced with a long A (rhymes with hate) then it just sounds goofy. Or might be mistaken for "Fatality" (as in Death).

    Not good either way.

    *EDIT*

I like Braunshitta. It smells like your question.

  14. The first five letters in English means death. And I think you know that right? It just doesn't go so well in my opinion.

  15. I think that it has a very nice meaning in your culture. It's not a common name at all, usually I scowl at uncommon names, at first I hated this one. But the longer I looked at it, it's actually a very cute and sweet name. It could wear on a child, teenager, or adult., it'll be an exotic name for an old lady. I say cutios for being creative! don't listen if people hate the name, it's not stupid it has a nice feminine ring to it. but here are 2 things that are bad about the name: you may want to change the pronunciation from: FAT-A-LEE to FATE-A-LEE why? you may ask, because if the name is pronounced: FAT-A-LEE she will be made fun of and called Fat and what kind of nick name is Fattie anyways? also how will you find a middle name. I think that FATE-A-LEE  sounds more exotic and mysterious and it willl be easier to find a nick name.

oh yeah and for the middle names, I preffer the on that starts with a B, Maria doesn't go well with the name no matter how you pronounce it. another thing, when people see that way it's spellt it reminds them of the word fatal like a fatal accident, so you might want to think about that. good luck!

  16. it has a good meaning, but i don't like the name. it's too easy to make fun of by little kids and i'm sure you wouldn't want anyone picking on your little girl.

  17. Well if you are in the usa i recomend you dont because it has the word fat in it and that word kindof sticks out. But i love the definition. Why dont you name it something that mean beautiful or something like that. My name is Sadie and that means princess.

  18. It is a fabulous name. My daughter, Igetitwhenican loves it as well. It means "virtuous sunflower"  in Arabic.

  19. I dont like it. All you think of is some named Natalie who is fat and theyd call her "FATALIE" Unless its pronounced FAY-TALEE. Its ok then.

  20. But! You are living in our culture, in the United States (I presume) and that name means "death."

Your "B" name assures me you're pranking us.

    Get a life.

  21. Yes it has a nice meaning but The word Fat in a name in American culture means the kid will be made fun of as long as she lives please don't name a child this name.

  22. i like it but if your child were going to go to an english speaking school she might get insulted (fatalie could turn in to FAT or FATTY) children are so cruel

  23. "HAAHAHA"

my initial response.   If this is in America...I would be concerned with FATalie...as a Fat way to call someone Natalie.

Personally, I would be very cautious with using names that could be turned into something FAT.

  24. thats diffrent, but if its a cultural name then go for it...is it pronounced fat a lee ?? cause i would be afarid people would be calling me fat lee lol

  25. Naming her anything with Fat in it would be social suidice for her and guarantee her a lifetime of ridicule, dont do it unless you want her to be a serial killer

  26. like the meaning , but when the child grows up it will have the nickname ' fat , fatty,  etc, etc'   . so no i dont like it .

  27. You have to laugh at this really.

  28. Although I appreciate the relation to your culture, Fatalie is a name that could spin off some cruel nick names such as "Fatty" wether or not your child is thin or heavy.  But it is a very pretty and different name

  29. Hi there.

to be honest with you, in this culture, that child will be made fun of.

Maybe another meaningful name will fit your child.. or whatever you're doing this for.

  30. Right so the kids in the school yard can scream FAT!! Or LIAR

And the guys in college would call her: Fatal or or describe her as a Fatal Attraction.

  31. it sounds like fetally...or fatally.. just name your kid natalie or fatima or something the poor kid is gonna be so made fun of
