What do you think of the name Hector?

It means steadfast I think.

What pops into your head when you hear the name Hector?

What do you associate with it?

I immediately think of the Trojan War.  I think of Achilles and Cassandra.  The name reminds me of history, romance, royalty, magic, and Greek mythology.

I'm not in love with the name, though.  I'd rather do Achilles, I think.

Yes if you think of the name Hector you think of something bad. How about something like the name Xavior(means new) or Ivan(means discovery). But if you like Hector no one is stoping you.

i like Hector, I think it is strong and noble sounding.  My Bestfriend's uncle is Hector, they are Jewish BTW.
