I have two friends that have names that are not pronounced the way they look like they should be. Both of them are constantly frustrated because they are constantly correcting people when they mispronounce the name. One of my friends actually hand made a sign to hang on her desk that phonetically spells her name because she is so sick of correcting people. I don't think I would purposely give someone a name that was going to cause them that much aggrevation. Joanna is a pretty name

i think it's a pretty name!

it is NOT to hard to pronounce, and even if people thought it was, they'll grow into it and used to once they start using and hearing the name more. (take my name for example :D)

I like it. And I would not worry that people will not know how to pronounce it. I am not sure whether there is a name that everybody in the world could pronounce properly.

People wont know how to pronounce it.  

They will continually get it wrong.

Go with something easier.
