I like it, very pretty. Although I do have to say that I prefer Katherine to Catherine but that's a small detail. Catherine Lily would be pretty as well.

I love both Lily and Catherine!  The combination is actually pretty neat since Catherine means "pure" and lilies are a symbol of purity.  As long as your last name isn't two syllables, I think it flows well.

A few years ago, I thought I would name my first daughter Katherine Grace and my second daughter Lily Margareta.  I changed my mind when I realized how popular both names are.  Katherine has always been pretty common, but Lily's popularity has skyrocketed in the last few years.  In just six years, went from being #103 to #27.  

If choosing an uncommon name is important to you, you may want to consider other names besides Lily.  However, Lily is extremely beautiful, and it's not in the top 10 (so it's not yet *that* common).  If you're absolutely in love with it, you should use it.

It's beautiful. Both names have meanings along the lines pure or innocent, which i think is lovely. Great choice of name!

I like it.  I think that the pronunciation "kath-reen" gives it a really good flow.  How about the spelling Lillie?
