I like it, I especially like that you could call her "Mira" for short. (Or you could even also call her Belle.) Also its cute for a little girl and sophisticated for an adult.

To me it sounds like mirror-ball

A mirror-ball is a reflective sphere, that when looked at gives a fish eye lens effect distorting the reflection.  

Although the name you suggest in itself is pleasant enough, I personally associate names and words I hear with objects/events etc.

I have a friend named Maribel.  Not the same, but close enough.  I always loved her name and she was never teased for her name.

It's lovely! I used the name 'Mirabelle' in a story I wrote once back when I was in school! I like the spelling of 'Mirabel' now, though.
