I think of someone of Indian descent, for some reason.

Nadia is Aidan spelled backwards, which means lots of people choose Nadia and Aidan for twins.

there used to be an american girl[ dolls] named Nadia, she was indian, she used to be one of my favorites too!

I like it.  However she might be called "Naughty Nadia".  Sorry, but my husband's family is big on teasing (which I hate) and it reminds me of something they would think of.

Lol every time I here that name I think of the transsexual on big brother ages ago so I would naturally assume it would be ugly...perhaps Nadine?

I like it. When I think of the name "Nadia" I see a dark haired girl with light skin and big brown eyes. Very pretty.

Well, I watched a movie [ a murder mystery] and one the people that was murdered was named Nadia, so I don't care much for the name, sorry.

BTW-the movie was Columbo, a murder-mystery movie

It reminds me of ballerinas or gymnasts. I used to be a gymnast when Nadia Comaneci was very famous, so it reminds me of her.

I love it.  It's one of my favs.  I don't know what she will look like maybe you have to wait.  My daughter wasn't named for three days and now I am glad I waited because her name fits her perfectly.

I went to school with a Nadya; she was Arab so I think of an Arabic look.

I guess this is my own opinion but every single Nadia I ever knew was either really mean to people or just plain unlikable....:o/
