I love it. You do mean first and middle name right? My sister is going to name her daughter that also only spelled Emmie. Both parents middle names are Leigh and Lee so they are gonna keep that going!! Congrats!!!

I think it's pretty - would Immy be short for Imogen, or just on it's own? I like your spelling, but a possible alternative would be Imi - I  know someone who spells it like that. =]
