Hmmm.. I'm lukewarm - my favorite boy's name is Tobias.  You can call him Toby when he's little and Tobias when he's older so the name grows up with him.

If it's a family name, it will be a source of pride.  If it isn't a family name, I'd probably choose something that sounds a little more like a first name.
