It depends on what country you are in, here in the U.S., it doesn't sound like a beautiful name by our cultural standards.  But, neither does Betty or Eugene and people in the U.S. name their kids that.  No offense to Betty and Eugene if you are reading this.  BTW, name your kids that if you like, it just doesn't roll of the tongue like "Kermit."
