What do you think of the night life in Ireland?

Do we drink too much? Are we only going out to see a bunch of people getting battered?

Night Life in  Ireland(for many people)= Drink with your friends+ Return home  late with a "partner"+ Wake up late next morning

There is also cinemas, theatres...but Friday and Saturday are the main days for drinking and the pubs are busy.

Once my mother went to a pub, a guy ask her to go home with him!!...I was like wtf?

Anyways it's not that bad to go out at night (if you are single)....You meet people!

LOL, well, I have spent a few weeks for work in Ireland, and I couldnt believe how awesome the nightlife was.  Queen Street in Dublin was awesome, but heck, just going to the little pub on the corner nearby was all that was needed for a good time.  I couldnt believe how packed those places would get on a weeknight, and the atmosphere in them.  Bar owners in the US can only wish they could generate a scene like that!

Night life is great - it's not all about drinking. There's the cinema and theatre too you know.
