  1. that's what uncle sam did and is doing to Pyongyang

  2. They should pay me.  I follow the law every day.

  3. I've not killed anyone today. How much do I get?

  4. It is silly. We should all be payed for not breaking the law if that is the case.

Maybe they should just impose tougher sentencing to deter people from breaking the law in the first place.

  5. Absolutely ridiculous - if they're that much of a risk - HANG 'EM. Even cheaper.

  6. ?? I would sure love to see the source for this comment.

That would have to be the biggest form of insanity on the planet.. in my opinion.

  7. How about if they dont break the law, we wont toss their criminal butts in jail for MUCH longer than we are now.  Let's make jails less desirable!

  8. I am at a loss to understand the stupidity of this government. What about the decent, honest hard working people who pay taxes, are they going to be paid, I doubt it very much.

  9. I'm with Medium Dave

OMG what is happening in this country of ours?

  10. Will it be back dated.?

I have had no trouble with the law for the past 18 years.

  11. Stuff that!!  They should be good for nothing!

Oh,.. They already are, aren't they!!!

  12. Sounds like liberalism too me.

Once the people realize they can be paid for not committing a crime all will join in,

and soon you will not have enough money in your country to pay all the people to be honest, and than what do you think will happen?

  13. Stupid beyond belief!

Why should anyone be paid because they didn't break the law?

Practically Blackmail, pay me or I'll kill a little kitten!
