What do you think of the practice of "Royal Bath" culture in Malaysia Public University in the old days?

Royal bath is way the seniors will put the freshmen(juniors) face into the toilet bowl and then their flush it, and sometimes there is a stool inside the toilet bowl. What a bodoh culture.
