What do you think of the service BT provide?

I have found that my bill is doubled, opertors lie about help with your broadband as they are paid per call, besides the fact that the asian british telecom community cant understand you.......are you getting screwed?

  1. I stopped using BT 9 years ago when I found a new company which is cheaper, has a customer service dept where the people speak understandable English ( Irish, Australian, S African accents as well as UK ones) The company actually has its own customer service dept in its offices.

    In the 9 years only twice have I had to report a fault, the first time it was fixed the next day ( a neighbour had a fault the same day reported it to BT the same day as me, but it took the same engineer 3 more days to fix the fault which was in the same box as mine) The second time my company kept in touch with 5 calls on the day I reported the fault, and 3 calls the next day which was the day it was repaired by BT Openreach.
