  1. The first one was pretty good for what it was.

The second started to get a bit less epic.

The third just lost it ¬¬

  2. They were ok but liked the early-mid nineties cartoon better.

  3. i thought that it was rogue in the cartoons, that turned into pheonix! not jean.

  4. everything xmen related sucks

  5. i like everything about it

  6. ughhh...i hate them!

  7. I agree. The comics and cartoon did have more action. The movies only had 1 or 2 action scenes... I don't understand why they didn't put more thought into it.

  8. Yes the comics and cartoons were a lot more entertaining, the movies are okay but their a bit too serious.

  9. I liked the first and second. I hate to admit it but the third one fell short but I still liked it.

  10. The first one was good, it had a serious tone that had been lacking in most of the comic book movies before it.

The second one was really good and is still one of my favourite comic book movies.

As for the third, unfortunately Brett Ratner replaced Bryan Singer as director and pretty much ruined the franchise by going for all action and very little substance.

Hopefully the the X men origins movies will make up for number 3.

  11. the first two movies were okay but the third one lacked so much in character development

  12. The old Fox Kids Animated Show kicked the movies asses. The third one they totally ****** up.

  13. I loved them. lol

  14. I like the first one. The second one was boring with a poor depiction of night crawler, and the only good parts were the ones with wolverine; he's just plain awesome. The third one was better, but still not spectacluar.

Wouldn't you know we only own the second one.

I also loved the cartoons! It's pretty sad when a cartoon can outdo a hollywood production.

  15. I thouroughly enjoyed reading the comics when I was younger (I started reading them in the early 90's and through out that decade until around 2001.  Comics will forever have the best story-lines because of the fact comics last longer than movies.  There is so much that a few cartoons and movies can not touch on.  I thought the first X-Men needed a lot of work.  The second was pretty fun and I enjoyed it and the third blew my mind.  I learned early on to accept movies as basically separate entities from the comics and I never trusted the cartoons anyway, just watched those for pure enjoyment.

I hope they make another X-Men and where ever they take it, who cares.  Movies, time in and out, have proven to either "jump the shark" or just ignore the original stories that the movie was created from.

  16. I LIKED THEM BOTH WAYS THEY DID IT.
