What do you think of these names, we're having, 2 girls and a boy?

we need help choosing between:

Atticus Jasper

Atticus Avery

for the boy...

and...

Helena June

Evelyn Lake

or

Alaska Leigh

Alaska Orrin

Alaska Finley

Alaska grace

for the girls...

oh, and our last name is Watson

I don't like Atticus for a boy... what about Jasper Avery?

For a girl I only like Alaska Leigh.... I don't like Helena June or Evelyn Lake though I like Lake for a middle name, just a different first name

I love Helena as a girl's name. It sounds like a Greek goddess- so elegant and powerful. And I think June is a perfect compliment.

As for the boy, I prefer Atticus Avery. I've just never cared for the name Jasper. It reminds me of Jasper the Crow.

Was the name Atticus a reference to To Kill a Mockingbird, by any chance?

I love the name Atticus.  I'll choose Atticus Avery.  (I've never been fond of Jasper... it reminds me of one of the thieves in 101 Dalmatians).

Of your girls' names, I dislike Alaska.  If you are intent on using it, then I think Alaska Grace makes the best combination.  Unusual first names sound best when balanced by normal middle names.

Helena and Evelyn, on the other hand, would be lovely names for sisters, and they fit well with the classic style of Atticus.  I like Helena June a lot... it sounds sweet and a bit retro.  I'm not crazy about Lake as a middle name.  How about:

Evelyn Bliss (means "happiness")

Evelyn Blythe (means "happy")

Evelyn Kate (means "pure")

Evelyn Faye (means "fairy")

Evelyn May (means "beloved" or "great")

Evelyn Pearl

Evelyn Maeve (means "intoxicating")

Evelyn Fleur (means "flower")

Happy planning ... just don't start a family too soon!  Wait until you're out of college and married so you can have good jobs and your kids can have a stable home.  Best wishes!

I'm sorry but I don't like Atticus much as a name, although out of the 2 combinations I prefer Atticus Jasper.

I love the name Alaska, and Alaska Grace adn Alaska Finley are both beautiful combinations.  As for you other little girl I think Alaska would go well with Evelyn Lake.
