What do you think of these names??? (Honest opinions, please!)

Question

Me and my husband are expecting our 3rd child in January. We don't know if we're having a boy or a girl yet.

If it's a boy, we've decided on Johnathen Adam Michael. (My father is John, my father-in-law is Adam, and my husband is Michael.)

If it's a girl, we've decided on Helena Claire-Elle. (Helena is my husband's cousin, Lena is my great-grandmother{deceased}, Claire is my mother-in-law's middle name, and Elle is after my grandmother{deceased}, she had the letter "L" as a second middle name initial.)

So, Boy: Johnathen Adam Michael

or, Girl: Helena Claire-Elle

What do you think???

Our other 2 kids are: James Timothy Braeden (goes by Braeden)

and Huesten Michelle.

Ellena Claire or Hellena Claire would be better. They have  parts of all three names you are trying to honor and sound very pretty. Claire-Elle as a middle name sounds really awkward.

Elle is a really nice name. I personally wouldn't choose the others. But if its families names. I think that's a really nice way to have them. Shows you are family orientated. (:

why do you have to name your child after anyone?  let your child be him(her)self.

the names are too long and don't really blend well.

I like the boys name, I think the girl's flows little better as Helena Elle-Claire

I too prefer the name Claire as the first name.  The other 2 names are nice, but just personal preference as to why I choose Claire first.

Like the name, hate the spelling of Jonathan.

It looks like you didn't know how it was spelled, and just mis-spelled it.

I love the boys name

Girls name i like it but claire is very common at least to me.

and Helena Elle nice but not a big fan of the names.

Oh and by the way 3 names? I thought my family was the only one who did it I personally dont like 3 names just 2 is fine, but its all up to you ofcourse!

I like the names but I don't like the hyphenation in the girls name.  I would leave out the hyphen or go with Helena Elle Claire.

Johnathen Adam Michael is really nice and i love it.

Helena Claire-Elle = hmmm, well I'd put the first name, " Claire ". it seems beautiful.

for the girl, i actually like Claire Helena.  im not really a huge fan of the hyphenated middle name.

I don't really like Helena, sorry. Claire is a pretty nice name though. I do like Johnathen (the spelling is kinda funky), he'll probably go by John.

Both are nice solid, classic names. I do prefer Claire over Helen though so I would rearrange the order of the names, but that is my opinion.

Johnathen I would put as Jonathen I like it though either way
