They all suck.  This is the genealogy forum.  This is not the place for baby names.  There is another forum for that on Yahoo.

1. Nobody should give their children names they don't know how to spell - you have misspelled all three girls' names!

2. "Jasper" is a cliche name for a Victorian upper-class seducer, and "Gene" is a Midwestern name. Putting them together as "Jasper Gene" sounds just plain weird.

3. Jimmy is a pet-form of James, so "Jimmy James" is just "James James", which is simply foolish.

So that leaves "Jesse John" as the only one which isn't  actively stupid. (Not brilliant, but at least not stupid.)
