What do you think of these properties for a horse farm? Again! : ) For all you horse lovers, who want to help!

Question

Okay, so once again I'm searching for properties on which to own horses on. Obviously, some of these properties need some T.L.C, some more than others, but none the less, here are the properties:

It does not have many pictures, but judging by the information, and available pictures, give me your thoughts!

It says 'horse lovers' and includes a barn, and again, not many pictures, so I'm not sure, but let me know your thoughts on this property.

I like this property, not much info on it, but I think it has potnetial. Any ideas?

**Again, thank you all for putting up wit my constant questions, its just that Maine is so full of beautiful properties, and you guys have very useful input!

I think the second one is the best because it's a good house and has a good plot of land for a good price.

They are all cool, but I liked house 1 and 3 the most.  I wish I could have a property like that!!! It's gorgeous! I live in CA and it gets really dry, it's only green for like 3 weeks of the year and my horses would go crazy in a place like that!!! Your horses will be very lucky wherever you move in to!

Your best deal looks like property #4, for the price.   I really like property #3 (house pictures look really nice - just wish there were more pictures of the land), but #1 and #2 are nice as well.  I would highly recomend, if you have the time to check out all 4, and feel them out for yourself.  I am sure each has their faults, but being their in person will give you a gut feeling on one or may be two of them.  Many times pictures are very deceiving, they may potray a property a certain way that is far from the truth, good and bad.
