What do you think of these so-called 'hoons'? Who ARE the 'hoons'?

So many ppl complaining about 'hoons' -

Ppl racing around in the streets

Ppl driving too fast

Ppl chucking burnouts

Ppl tailgating

Ppl braking for no reason

Ppl not indicating

Ppl road-raging etc etc etc

Which action, ANY ACTION, makes someone a 'Hoon' to you & why?

To me its not so much what you do behind the wheel, rather your attitude- or lack of respect for other peoples safety.

I can well justify latenight burnouts in industrial only areas- as long as everyone is being as careful as they can
