Aspen ~ 2 (Sorry, but I don't like it. It sounds too masculine to me)

Charley ~ 8 (That cute, but I prefer Charleigh if its for a girl)

Elliot (Ellie for short) ~ 2 (Way too masculine. How about just Ellie? Or Eliza, Ellen, Ellena, Elvera, or Ella?)

Emersyn (Emi for short) ~ 10 (I love this name, but spelled Emerson. Emersyn isn't bad though, its still way cute! I love Emi too, but I spell it Emmy or Emmie)

Jazlynn (Jazzy for short) ~ 9 (Thats so pretty!)

Kyle ~ 2 (Too masculine. I'm not a big fan of unisex names. Kylie or Kiley or Kyleigh is cute though)

Larkynn ~ 2 (I don't like it)

Logan ~ 3 (I like it as a boys name)

Maddyn ~ 2 (I don't like it. I don't like the similar names Maddison or Madalyn either)

Milo ~ 1 (Don't like it. Masculine sounding)

Carter ~ 2 (I never have liked this name)

Cohen ~ 5 (Its ok. I like Collin better)

First off, the eople on YA are not the parents. No matter what we say, go with what you think. We are just giving insight.

For the boy I would not go with ELias, Chauncey, or Quinn. They seem a bit nerdy and could cause bullying. Gray is a little dull. Josiah is my uncle's name and he has never met another Josiah. The name is unique and seems like a good one. Carter seems like a very nice name and that as well as Cohen sound like names that a sucessful business man or politician may have. Elijah is one of my favorites. Uncommon but not unused and is very soft sounding. Winston sounds a tad nerdy but I still like it. I think it is a very nice name. Julius is just good sounding overall but i know a few Juliases and they are often called Julia as teasing. Jonas is a n.ice alternative to this name. Overall my favorites are Carter, Elijah, and Josiah. I think Winston makes a good middle name.

Now for the girl. I immidiatly ruled out Aspen(its a ski resort and a tree) Elliot, Logan, Milo, Winstynn, and kyle(i dont know if you meant kylie)  seem too masculine. Larkynn, Maddyn, and Emersyn were too out there. Jazlynn is an okay name but I'm not big on it. A bit "ghetto." kids get bullied for that. I really like Charley for a girl and Rose is a good name for her middle name since Charley is sometimes viewed as masculine. I like Rory Rose a lot too. That is my favorite. SOunds like a princess.

i just don't care for jazlynn.  ick.  i'm sorry, but you asked.  and yes charly rose is a political analyst so you may want to adjust the middle name or skip.  i'm not crazy about names spelled with y instead of i or whatever.  it just seems like a desperate attempt to be "different", and looks like you're trying too hard.  i like Maddyn but i like it with an e instead.  How about Austen?  Austen Rose is beautiful and romantic sounding.  

I dislike chauncy and julius greatly. the others are ok.

but above all, you're the momma, so take our advice with a grain of salt and follow your heart on naming your baby.

Emersyn is an adorable name. It's so girly, but unique at the same time. It reminds me of my little sisters name, Emery, which I love.

For a boy, I really love Carter.

Those aren't unique names, they are just boys' names given to a girl. Aspen is bad because it starts with ***. I do like Emerson for a girl but lose the Y. It's not really cool to substitute all vowels with the letter Y.

For boys, well I like all your names. How about Silas to add to your list? You might like that one too. I vote Cohen, though.

for a girl maddyn rose would sound cool and vintage cool at the same time. for a boy alias is a Very attractive name. but charly rose is most special because you know you chosed it before the baby was born, and was your fave congrats !
