From the Jazz POV: They have been trying to trade Kirilenko to have money to sign Boozer next year. The players they're getting have 2 assets. Both Bargnani and Kapono are shooters who can space the floor inside for Boozer. Jamario Moon is a highflyer who can receive lob passes from Deron Williams. The 2nd asset is their contracts. They can waive Graham, not resign Bargnani next year for to make way for Boozer's contract, Moon is minimum wage. The only problem I see is the sharing of minutes.
From the Raptors' POV: They add depth and defense to their front court with AK 47. Also, they have been trying to trade Kapono right? With the addition of Jermaine O'neal, I don't see any minutes for Bargnani. The frontcourt duo of the Raptors (O'neal, Bosh) will be playing more minutes combined that that of Utah's (Okur, Boozer).
You can tweak the trade and explain the tweaks you made.
