I don't see anything that I would call a woman. Your imagination is running wild. If you open your self up to that kind of junk, you'll attract it.

I've seen similar things like this.  Sylvia Browne and John Edwards both stated that these beings are guardian angels and the Orbs are angels or ghosts.  There is no need to fear them they can't hurt you.  Blessed be.

Sorry, I don't clearly see the image of a woman, even with the picture enlarged.

What it looks like to me, is that your son (or someone else) recently had touched the TV screen in a couple of different spots, leaving some smudges with the oil/dirt from their hands which then reflected when the picture was taken.

I believe you are experiencing a bit of "matrixing" here...that your mind is finding a more familiar image in piecing together random shapes (kind of like when you see bunny rabbits and other such things when staring up at the clouds).  Here are a couple of articles explaining more about matrixing:

I would say you should have posted the pic and asked others what they thought it was first.  However, you have explained first that you see a woman's image reflected in the TV screen, so therefore, others will see such a thing too, as you have planted the suggestion in their minds.

Orbs are collections of energy that are mostly known to be most abundint near haunted locations. Orbs can be mistaken for other things like dust, bugs, and light reflections off certain surfaces. So maybe you caught a reflection of light or a piece of dust.

omb... ur rite.. although i saw an alien-thing... not a women... but still all the same.... there is definitly a ghost in the house that made its home in the tv... i cant really tell u wat 2 do... i would try 2 talk 2 it and c wat it wants....... but remember this... sum pl cant c ghosts like we can... so if they say its all fake and c**p dont listen 2 them! they just cant c it!!! :)

I definitely see the woman and from the way she's angled it isn't your sister because your sister is wearing a pink shirt and it looks like the woman in the TV is wearing a white one.

To the first poster-Orbs are NOT reflections of light onto dust. Orbs are angels and/or ghosts and are harmless. I'm sorry your not a believer.

Could it be a relative of yours? Did someone in your family pass before your son was born? Maybe this person wanted to see your son one last time or let you know that they are watching over you.

I have yet to see the image in the second picture but I'm not going to stop looking until I see it.

I looked and truly only saw a reflection of light not an image. I believe "orbs" are just dust particles reflected by light.
