What do you think of this activity for a 3 & a 5 year old?

I am watching one boy & one girl. Would this be fun?- bring a bag of Fruit Loops each, and some string to make Fruit Loop necklaces. What do you think of this idea??

they did the same thing with me in preschool. I enjoyed it, or must have, because my mom has told me numerous times how I went on and on about it. we used colored macaroni noodles, though. but fruit loops would work great, too, and maybe you could help them with the colors in the process...

sure theyll love it but dont fill the string up they dont need that much sugar!!

It is a good idea and they are both old enough to understand patterns, so have them try to make a pattern for at least part of the string, even if it is just one of two different colors.
