What do you think of this color scheme/room?

Its for me and I just turned sixteen. I really want my room to be peaceful and calming. I want a deep purple comforter and pillows. I want light birch furniture, and I have white carpet. Here are some links to the things that I am getting:

So what do you think? And what color do you think that I should get for my sheets, me bedskirt and what color should I paint my walls?

I would go with tan or a shade of brown you really want to stay with 3 main colors you could try sage green that could work

looks good. very modern. Your sheets & bedskirt would look good in tan, white, blush, or pale yellow.

play around with the Sherwin Williams color visualizer to find colors that you like. It is the best paint visualizer on the web, imho. I like how their color palette is laid out, I like that you can search by color family & color name, the "painted" rooms look the most realistic, and it suggests coordinating color schemes. I think "ash violet" (# 6549) would be a great color choice.
